Proudctive
Logo coming soon
For People In Between.
Proudctive is a separate brand for people in a transitional life phase. The employee building a side project. The student working toward a goal. The founder between ventures. Anyone building something real while life is still in motion.
Perspectism is building it from zero using Brand Build OS. Selected decisions documented as the work progresses.
The problem it is built around is real and rarely talked about directly: building something worthwhile takes the kind of focused time that quietly isolates you from the people around you. Proudctive exists for the people who are already inside that trade-off and want to find others doing the same thing.

Day 01 | The Start | Build This Brand From Scratch
I’m building a brand from scratch and I’m showing the whole process. The good decisions, the stupid ones, the changes, all of it. For now, I’m keeping the name to myself. This is Episode 1. Follow to see the full journey! #buildinpublic #communitybuilding #branding

Day 02 | The Why | Build This Brand From Scratch
At dinner, my girlfriend told her friends I meal prep every Friday. They reacted like it was the weirdest thing ever. And I kept thinking… why is trying to live your life on purpose treated like it’s weird? This isn’t really about meal prep. It’s about that feeling of being the strange one because you’re building something, changing something, or just trying to improve your life. I started calling these people “people in between.” This is Episode 2. Next, I need to find out if this is actually a real problem or just mine. #buildinpublic #communitybuilding #branding

Day 03 | Market Research | Build This Brand From Scratch
Last time I said I needed to find out if this was a real problem or just mine. So I went and checked. The research pointed to loneliness and a need for connection. That gave me a problem to investigate, without proving that this particular brand would solve it. So the problem is real. But there are already plenty of people trying to solve it. Dinners with strangers, friend apps, communities. What I’m interested in is the space in between. People who are already busy with work, study, a side project, or trying to change something in their life, but are mostly doing it alone. This is Episode 3. Next, I need to figure out why this should exist if other solutions are already out there. #buildinpublic #communitybuilding #branding

Day 04 | Audience and Problem | Build This Brand From Scratch
Day 4. I almost built this for the wrong person. I asked AI who this is for and it kept saying the same thing: overwhelmed, lost, failing. That’s not them. The person I’m building this for is the opposite of lost. They know exactly what they’re working on. They’re just doing all of it alone because they’re in between two things. A job and a project. Study and work. Two projects at once. What are you in between right now? #communitybuilding #buildinpublic #branding

Day 05 | Name, Domain and Socials | Build This Brand From Scratch
Day 5. Look at how it’s spelled. That’s not a typo. The brand has a name: Proudctive. Proud, sitting inside productive. The person I’m building this for is already doing the work. That was never the problem. The problem is doing it alone, and forgetting to be proud of any of it. So the name says both: Keep building. Be proud of it. Don’t do it on your own. The domain is live. The accounts are up. @proudctive At this stage, the Proudctive accounts are set up. This is episode 5 of the build. Follow to watch the one line that defines what it stands for get built next. #buildinpublic #brandbuilding #brandstrategy

Finding my brand positioning | Day 06 | Build This Brand From Scratch
Day 6. Proudctive could easily end up sounding like an accountability group or a guru community. Both would ruin the point. An accountability group pulls everything toward targets, streaks and output. A guru community puts someone at the front telling everyone else how to live. That is not the brand I’m building. So I had to get the positioning down to one clean sentence. Proudctive is where people in between find their people and build alongside each other. No targets. No hustle. No guru. You’re building something. You’re doing it alone. This is where you stop doing it alone. Next is the first decision I’m actually handing over to you. Follow if you want a vote. #buildinpublic #positioning #brandbuilding

Choose my brand colours: vote A, B, C or D | Day 07 | Build This Brand From Scratch
Day 7. Time to give the brand its colours. I narrowed it down to four directions I’d genuinely be happy to use. Now I’m handing this one over to you. Whatever wins, I use. Comment A, B, C or D below. Follow to see which one wins. #buildinpublic #brandbuilding #communitybuilding

What I’m building for Proudctive | Day 08 | Build This Brand From Scratch
Day 8. Here’s the mechanic I’m building for Proudctive. You start with three things: What you’re already doing. What you can offer. What you need right now. Then you find people through the actual things you’re trying to get done. Co-working. Planning your week. Gym. Meal prep. Study. Life admin. CV feedback. Interview practice. Side projects. Creative work. Learning something new. Sometimes you’re doing your own thing with someone else there. Sometimes you’re actually helping each other. That’s the bit I care about. People meeting through something useful instead of being put in a room together and hoping a connection happens. No forced small talk. No guru at the front. No pretending anyone has life figured out. Just people in between, doing useful things with or alongside each other. Follow if you want to watch me build it. #buildinpublic #communitybuilding #brandbuilding Explore Perspectism: https://www.perspectism.com

How will Proudctive make money? | Day 09 | Build This Brand From Scratch
Day 9. If the community stays free, how does Proudctive make money? I don’t know exactly yet. And I’d rather say that than make up a finished business model before there’s even a real community. The part I am locking now is simple: I don’t want people paying just to belong. If Proudctive makes money later, it can come from useful things people choose to pay for. Maybe tools. Maybe digital products. Maybe something else that earns its place. But buying any of that should have nothing to do with whether you belong here. If something has a real cost, like a venue, food or an activity, that’s different. You cover the cost of the thing. You’re not paying for your place in the community. Belonging stays free at the core. The rest can wait until there’s something real to build around. Follow to watch me figure it out. #buildinpublic #brandbuilding #communitybuilding

Proudctive has its colours | Build This Brand From Scratch Ep.10
Day 10. Proudctive has its colours. 26 of you voted. A: 9 votes. D: 8. B: 6. C: 3. A wins by one. I said whatever wins, I use. So these are the brand's colours from here. Thank you to everyone who voted. Follow to watch the next decision.
The Connection
The system, applied to a real brand.
Brand Build OS walks you through every layer of your brand, section by section. Export each completed section as a PDF and provide it to an AI tool that supports your document format. Use those documents as reusable brand context. Update them as your brand evolves and review AI outputs before using them. This series shows how the founder uses the system as Proudctive develops. It is an ongoing example, not a guarantee of results.
Follow the build. Or start your own.
The decisions are being made now, in public. Apply the same method yourself. Or apply it with us. The path is open either way.
