Last updated: 12 October 2026

Agreement to these terms

By accessing or using the Perspectism website at perspectism.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Perspectism (formerly AInitiation Media, ABN 86 374 669 707) is operated by Dario Cavallaro, based in Australia. These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Australia.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes, except where the resource licences below permit use for your own brand or business. You must not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or resell content from this Site without written permission
  • Use the Site or its content for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its infrastructure
  • Use automated tools to access restricted areas, bypass access controls, overload the Site, or copy or extract content except as permitted below
  • Submit false, misleading, or spam content through any form on the Site
  • Impersonate Perspectism or Dario Cavallaro in any communication

Automated access to publicly available pages for indexing, search and user-requested retrieval is permitted subject to our robots.txt instructions and reasonable request rates. This permission does not grant a licence to reproduce or resell our content, access paid or private materials, bypass access controls, or use our content for model training. Any model-training permission must be established separately; crawler access alone does not grant it.

Free resources

You may use our free resources, including Repurposing 101, Digital Toolbox, Every Way to Market Anything and Digital Culture Dictionary, for your own brand or business, including commercial work for your own brand. You may not redistribute, resell, repackage, or present the resource files as your own product or creation. Brand Build OS is governed by its separate product licence below. Offline resources are free by email through the stated delivery route. Confirm your address when prompted. Extra branding and content emails, including offers, are optional; you can unsubscribe at any time.

Brand Build OS: product terms

Brand Build OS is a paid digital product delivered as a Notion template via Kit (formerly ConvertKit). By purchasing Brand Build OS, you agree to the following:

Licence granted: You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the template for your own brand-building purposes. You may not resell, sublicence, redistribute, or share access to the template with third parties.

AI tool use: Brand Build OS includes guided prompts you can use by copying a working page into your own AI tool, answering its questions and reviewing the completed page. You may export reviewed brand pages in a supported format and provide them to AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini as context. This use is permitted and encouraged. You are responsible for your own use of any AI tool and for complying with the terms of service of those tools.

Delivery: Website purchases are delivered digitally through Kit with an access guide for duplicating the template into your own Notion workspace. Delivery is dependent on Kit’s platform availability. Perspectism is not liable for delays caused by third-party platform outages.

Updates: Your duplicated Notion workspace is an independent copy. Your purchase includes free access to any new versions of Brand Build OS that Perspectism may publish. We are not required to create new versions or publish them on a schedule. New versions do not automatically sync with or migrate your copy. Delivery and installation instructions will be provided if a new version is released. This does not limit rights already granted or rights under applicable law.

Refunds: Due to the instant digital delivery nature of this product, all sales are final. No refunds are offered once access has been granted. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, contact info@perspectism.com and we will resolve it promptly.

Intellectual property

All content on this Site, including text, design, graphics, the Perspectism brand mark, visual identity, and free resources, is the intellectual property of Perspectism or Dario Cavallaro unless otherwise stated. Except as permitted by the resource and product licences above, no content may be reproduced, adapted, or used commercially without explicit written permission.

The Perspectism name, brand mark, logo, and tagline “Branding and repurposing perspectives. Religiously.” are not available for use by third parties without prior written permission.

No professional advice

You should seek independent professional advice before making decisions based on any content published here. Perspectism makes no representations about the suitability of any content for your specific situation.

Perspectism does not claim or imply that use of its methods, frameworks, free resources, or paid products will produce specific business results, audience growth, revenue, or other measurable outcomes. Results depend entirely on factors outside our control, including your effort, market conditions, and individual circumstances. No guarantees are made, expressed, or implied. Any outcomes you achieve are your own.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms of Use excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty, or other term or condition, implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Where the Australian Consumer Law applies and cannot be excluded, Perspectism’s liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law, which may include resupply of the relevant service or a refund of the amount paid.

Limitation of liability

Subject to the Australian Consumer Law clause above, and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Perspectism and Dario Cavallaro are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site, its content, or any product or service made available through it. This includes, without limitation, loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of profit, or business interruption.

Subject to the Australian Consumer Law clause above and to the extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of Perspectism and Dario Cavallaro to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use, the Site, or any product or service, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, is limited to the total amount (if any) you paid to Perspectism in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

This Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, continuously available, or free from harmful components.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Perspectism and Dario Cavallaro from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your breach of these Terms of Use, your misuse of this Site or any product or service made available through it, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party. Nothing in this clause limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices, or accuracy of any third-party site or service. Links are provided for convenience only and do not constitute endorsement.

Contact form submissions

When you submit information through our contact form, you grant Perspectism the right to use that information solely to respond to your inquiry. We will not use contact form submissions for any other purpose without your consent. Refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how personal data is handled.

Dispute resolution

If you have a dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site, we ask that you first contact us at info@perspectism.com with a written description of the dispute. We will endeavour to resolve the matter within 30 days of receiving your notice. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be severed from these Terms to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Waiver

Failure by Perspectism to enforce any provision of these Terms of Use at any time does not constitute a waiver of that provision or of any other provision. Any waiver must be made in writing to be effective.

Written notices to Perspectism under these Terms may be sent by email to info@perspectism.com. Email constitutes valid legal notice under these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. For significant changes, we will endeavour to notify active subscribers by email.
