Sizing up
Assessing someone or something; some TikTok slang uses it for a sexualised appraisal of another person's body.
In everyday use
“She sized up the room before speaking” uses the ordinary meaning.
What to keep in mind
The sexualised use can be objectifying. Do not assume it is intended in every sentence.
